Hello @Jakub123

A lot of hosts are having issues on this subject with the new version and the only way it seems to modify a minimum stay period for specific dates is to opt in for "professional tools" which is now available to all listings and for all hosts not just those that have 6 listings or more.

This very useful feature gives you a second calendar that Airbnb call "multi calendar" and from this calendar (linear in appearance) you can create "rule sets".  Here is one link that explains this but search on Airbnb and you will find a full explanation of what the pro tools have to offer:

Good luck

Yes, indeed. Thank you, Joëlle. That was the solution!

Hi @Jakub123 !

@Joelle43 has the best suggestion on how to go about this by using Pro Tools and Rule Sets. Below is a link to a Guide (with screen shots) on how to start using Pro Tools. All hosts have access to Pro Tools (even though some of the Airbnb articles say you must have 6 properties or more). Even if you only have one property you can use Pro Tools:

Be sure you test out a Rule Set you create using the Guest Calendar view and ensure its working the way you intend. A Rule set will override your default calendar settings when applied, but they can be tricky.
