Would you please clarify what you are seeking...
It seems that you have a space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms, 1 kitchen.. not sure about the lounge area .. one or two? and you are looking to list the space as 2 optional spaces
a. = 2 bedrooms/ 4 people
b. = 2 x single bedroom spaces
Is this what you are looking to do?
Is there is a single entry?
Is one of the bedrooms able to be locked from the rest of the space?
It seems to me that your best option would be to advertise the first space for 2 people and lock the second bath/ bed. In that way you could keep your rate lower.
If the guest wishes to have more than 2 people then they may opt for additional guests. You are able to charge for each guest above the 2.. and with that you would provide/ unlock the second bed/ bath.
If this is what you are seeking to do, this option should work for all.... if you have another plan, we will need a bit more information to assist with recommendations.
