@Sudsrung0 Rather than just peddling Airbnb's propaganda I think it is important that people also check the law with respect to longer stays. In many US states a stay of over a month creates a tenancy whereupon it can be hard to evict a guest. The law is extremely unclear in the UK as to when a tenancy is created - Hosts in other countries need to do their research before they contemplate longer stays through Airbnb.
