I can't understand why Airbnb would remove you from the Super Host status, especially when you have 86 reviews and 83 of them are 5-star. The three who left a one-star review were the individuals who attempted to scam me out of money.
Also, on my Google reviews, not even associated with Airbnb, I have another 55 5-star reviews.
How does that happen and why?
I've been working super hard at this business, and to get thrown off the Super Host thing is not fair!
Also, what does level 2 mean?

Hi @Michael6852 😊,
I’m really sorry about this situation.
I’m glad you found hosts here who are trying to help you!
In addition to what they mentioned: levels indicate how actively a user is contributing to the Community Center. Multiple factors contribute to reaching certain levels. The more constructively you help the Community, Hosts, and Guests, the higher your level can go. It’s not just about the number of replies—you also earn recognition through other activities, such as the number of likes you receive, the number of “Best Answers” you mark, and when your comments are marked as “Best Answers” or solutions by other users who posted a question. It also includes the number of posts or conversations you create to help other Hosts and Guests.

You can check which one of the 4 criteria were not met @Michael6852
- ratings is only one of the four.
On the desktop, go to Insights to view the Superhost measures for a relevant period.
As @Shelley159 @says you can go into the Insights section to see what criteria you are failing to meet to obtain SH status.
having had a Quick Look at your reviews it looks like your review ratings are likely to be the issue .

The three one-star reviews were from individuals who attempted to scam me out of money, and I reported them to Airbnb. 2 of the people who left a one-star review never even came on the property.

The Levels on the CC just refer to the level of activity here - nothing to do with your Airbnb Listing.
Level 1 is least active to Level 10 most active.
