I'm the primary host for a listing that we manage collectively as a family. We do have the superhost status. However, the superhost badge does not appear on the listing. Why is that ?

Do note the part However, any guest reviews and ratings will be left for the listing admin.
@Albert239 It doesn't appear on your profile here, either, and it should if you have Superhost status. So if you met the minimal criteria Airbnb now has for Superhost, which is only your rating and Response rate, then it looks like they removed your status incorrectly. You have a 4.9 rating, so it coukd only be response rate. If that's good, this is something you'll have to deal with customer service to fix.
From what I see, the superhost badge is attached to the "admin" of the listing ("Yannick"), so I imagine we do have that status, otherwise it would have been removed ... So guests do see that. But the "superhost" status does not appear on the listing photo in the search results.
Could this be because I'm the "primary host", and the badge is only attached to the "admin host" ?

Yes, I understand that now. Meanwhile I also had a conversation with Airbnb support, and they explained the same. I will switch the admin user to primary host.
It's interesting: I'm sure there are many out there in the same situation, i.e. delegating the primary host status to someone else, not realizing they are essentially forfeiting their "superhost" status, just like in our case.
We had taken great care to preserve the superhost status, but it never ever appeared on our listings, just because the primary host was not the listing admin.
I have a similar problem.
When you search my property, the super host tag is gone. However, if you go into the listing, my listing still appears as a superhost listing. My property is managed by a superhost and she is the primary host.
I ran a test and if I search for a listing with the "superhost" filter checked on, my listing does not appear. If I remove the superhost filter, my listing appears.
@Hugo633 Superhost is attached to the listing account, i.e. the host whose profile it is under, not the primary host. It is Daniela who has Superhost status, not your listing, because the listing is under your account as administrator.
You are receiving the reviews and ratings on your listing and profile, not Daniella. If you look on your review page and hers, none of your reviews appear on her profile, they appear on yours. If you keep getting good ratings, you will soon get Superhost status, and your listing will have that designation.
We had superhost tag a few weeks ago. Did something change?
@Hugo633 No, nothing changed. I don't know why that would have happened. Are you sure the listing had a Superhost tag, or you weren't just looking at Daniella's profile photo on the listing, which has a Superhost badge?
Being the listing admin, as you have it now, is definitely what you want. Reviews and ratings are attached to your profile, not hers, so if you ever change co-hosts, you won't lose your reviews and ratings.
Also if she loses Superhost status at any point, it won't affect your listing if you have gotten Superhost yourself in the meantime.
But one thing I will warn you about-don't attach so much significance to Superhost. It's basically a behavior modification tool Airbnb uses to keep hosts stressed out, terrified of losing it or intent on getting it, to the point of letting guests get away with unacceptable behavior, in dread of a less than perfect review.
And hosts who have had it and lost it for some reason, say it made no difference to their bookings.
You can see my listing here with the superhost tag.
The only reason I'm attaching significance is because we had it from day one.
I use the "superhost" filter for myself when I am vacationing somewhere. Which leads me to believe that there is a small advantage to the superhost tag. However, I only need 3 more stays for my admin account to have the tag. I'm not too worried but I want to know why the sudden change.
@Hugo633 Hmm. I can't say why that would have been. It doesn't have a Superhost banner in either your profile or Danielle's.
I can see her tag here. It's been 3 days and AIRbnb has not responded to me. By the way, I appreciate you going back and forth with me. At least we can help others speak up if this is an ongoing issue.
@Hugo633 You can see her Superhost tag on that account because she is the listing admin. for that listing. All the reviews for that listing are on her profile, unlike yours.
What I was talking about was that on your listing, where her profile photo appears, it has a Superhost badge on it.
There is nothing for Airbnb to get back to you about. Superhost is attached to the listing admin, not the primary host nor the listing.
So how can they explain the image I just provided? My listing had the superhost tag and we have not changed anything in our end.
and, when I click in it, I see superhost by the title.
@Hugo633 I don't know. Airbnb is full of glitches. Perhaps they will be able to tell you why it was appearing like that and now isn't.
But if you called them and are expecting a call-back, forget that. They don't call back, even when they say they will. Message them, instead.
