Hi team, can you share why we did not meet superhost status.it looks like all criteria was met

You don't meet all the criteria you have an average rating of 4.69 and need a minimum of 4.8 or higher rating to qualify @Ann52079

Your profile does show the Superhost badge today @Ann52079 , so all good?
