Hi @Alex, you can call or write a message to support and ask them to check your listing is viable..... have you also checked your map pins? I personally found by letting people know my location before they booked gave my correct location to them.... prior I was a few streets away and not so central
@Greg2718 Customer service can't help you get bookings.
You've been hosting for a year. You don't know the general trend of booking patterns. You're not in a capital city so it's unlikely anywhere in your location is fully booked year round. I'm in Oxford, UK, and I'm not fully booked year round.
I completely understand your concern about the lack of reservations in recent weeks. To help get this resolved as quickly as possible, I recommend we contact Airbnb Support directly. They can review the listing’s visibility, pricing, and potential issues that might be affecting bookings.
