Suspended listings

Suspended listings

HELP!!!!  All 11 of my listings have now been suspended for 15 days..15 days in my busiest month.  I have called countless times and spent hours on the phone with airbnb reps, who have been absolutely ZERO help.  Each time, I ask to speak to a manager, who tells me that a "specialized team" is handling my issue and will email me. Each time, a support ticket is opened, then closed a day or so later.   I had no prior knowledge that this might happen, just woke up one morning to find all my listings suspended.  I finally got someone on the phone last week that told me the suspension was because of a 3-star review I received last December.  Mind you, I have hundreds of 5-star reviews, am a Superhost, and my overall rating is like 4.98 or so.  Someone please help me get in touch with an airbnb rep who can actually help me.  This has cost me around 7k and counting.

Why suspend all your listings in july because of one 3-star review for one of them in december ?

Seems unlikely to me being the reason for suspension.

II have read the review from R. and your comment on it.

Maybe the guest complained at Airbnb about your public comment, especially the final part, which is contradicting with the (exellent) review you wrote for R. ?

I tend to agree with you.  I cannot think of any other reason they would do this.  The fact that they did this without even contacting me is crazy.

It sometimes happens by the AI and then Airbnb Support first have to find out why AI did this.........

Maybe it has something to do with local licences or governmental rules ?

I can not see your listings anymore, so no idea what they are and which country you are in.

But you can check it yourself.

Also there was something in the review about a Sprinkler not working correct ?

Maybe a safety issue detected by AI....

We have a dry and wet mixture of a sprinkler system.  That weekend, the low-pressure gauge was not functioning correctly on the dry stem, causing the compressor to kick in every few hrs.  His unit happened to be above the compressor, which would run for 20seconds or so.  No emergency, or anything like that, and I offered to move him immediately after he notified me.  he did not bother to respond to my offer.

I'm in the U.S., Arkansas to be exact.  I have looked thru my profile for any missing or flagged information, etc., but all appears to be fine there.   @Joan2709 , @Rebecca , @bhumika, @paula, @sophia, @Helen3 .  Sorry for tagging so many of you guys, but I found another thread that you all were super helpful in!! Thanks!!

Are these Airbnb approved Homeshares? Meaning you can’t post your listing anywhere other than Airbnb?

If so,  then that could be the cause if you posted those listing to another OTA.

If not, I would keep calling Airbnb and record the name of everyone  you speak to and what they said till you get clear answers.
