Hi I’m new to hosting, I reside in the uk, with a listing in the Caribbean. When it comes to tax withholding I am paying tax on payments received in the uk.
How do I stop this and only pay tax in the Caribbean - if I need to..?

@Anthony2658 Airbnb will report your earnings to HMRC. If they have paid tax to HMRC that will also be reported.
I would think you then pay tax in the Caribbean, report any earrings as foreign property income and, if there is a dual tax treaty, report the `Caribbean taxes paid. Then you should be able to claim back, depending on the numbers, some of the tax paid in the UK.

Which HMRC form should I use for my property in the Caribbean?
Hi @Andy4503 😊,
Since this is a specific question, I recommend asking hosts from your area through our 👉 Local Host Clubs.
