Hi Everyone. I have two properties I am renting out in the USA and two in Belgium, I am wondering if there is a way to set my account in Airbnb correctly so I get taxed for the Belgian properties in Belgium and for the USA ones in USA? Or do I have to create two seperate listinhgs?
@Layla55 if you are American or living in America then you should be paying US taxes on Worldwide income including Belgian rentals. You would also need to pay tax in Belgium and then, if it exists, use the dual tax treaty to avoid paying too much tax in the second country.
I would suggest you get an accountant with experience of dual taxation issues relating to US and Belgium to advise you on how best to set up your tax arrangements.
