Underaged guests?

Hello, there is a person wanting to stay and they asked if they could check in when they are 17. Would be any problem on that?

@Merve65   I believe a person has to be 18 to have an AirBnB account.  I do not accept guests who are under the age of 25, as per local regulations.

Yes...that is a problem. 

As @Lorna170  states - Airbnb doesn't allow anyone under 18yrs old to book a stay:

You cannot make a contract with anyone 18 and anyone under 18 is not allowed to use the Airbnb platform to make bookings . They would need someone over 18 travelling with them to make the booking. @Merve65

Following what the Age requirements article says and based on the feedback from hosts who commented on your post, it's not allowed to rent to guests under 18 years of age.

Have you already contacted the guest regarding this? Let us know how it went!

Hey guys, thank you all for replies🩵 I asked if the account belonged to them or someone else, and stated that Airbnb doesn’t allow to underaged guests and i cannot accept anyone other than the account owner. They didn’t reply😬

Then contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel the booking @Merve65
