Hi, I’ve been recognized as a SuperHost but i haven’t had any bookings lately.  As compared to last two years I am wondering why i haven’t had any inquiries? I’m thinking about moving my listing or maybe opening it up to monthly rental. Please advise maybe something is not working on the platform.

Hi @Lilia1250 I know how frustrating this can be. Even being recognized as a Superhost doesn’t guarantee consistent bookings anymore. Many hosts are experiencing the same thing.

A lot of hosts with similar challenges no longer rely on Airbnb alone. Some have integrated a direct-booking website alongside Airbnb. While Airbnb still brings in most of the guests, social media also helps increase visibility, and a direct-booking website gives you full control, no platform fees, better branding, and the ability to rank on Google.

Diversifying has helped many hosts reduce the ups and downs we’re seeing on the platform.
