Why two years for the first guest at Airbnb?

No one from Airbnb has been in my listing for about 2 years.

This has been our experience too. 

Booking brings guests, airbnb only a few and steals a lot of your time with requests to do things.

They also don't issue legally required receipts to company name.

They have been holding our payments for 112 days and counting...

I guess it's falling apart. There is no customer service, only computer generated canned answers and the run arround.
