Weekend pricing v Smart pricing.
I recently started a second listing and noticed the ability to set weekend pricing. I discovered that it seems you can only set wkend pricing or smart pricing. Not both! Usually we only have weekend bookings because we rent out a room ( now hopefully 2) in our home. Occasionally we get a week's rental .
I can't say I really understand the benefit of smart pricing because I think most folks end up paying the lower end of the range anyway.
Anyone know what would be the best option for our current purpose?
TIA

@Sam-And-Steve0 as you have probably worked out the smart pricing min/max rates cannot be changed for weekends or by season. Basically Smart pricing is not that smart.
As such there is a big danger that the prices set will either lose you bookings or lose you revenue at different times of the year or days of the week.

This is part of why I pay an outside market pricing service. Still not exactly everything I want, but so much more analytical than Smartpricing. Sorry Airbnb, views aren't everthing.
