Weekend pricing

Weekend pricing

New Listing.   I have weekend pricing set up for a few months into the summer and I am not sure how I did that.   when I get into the fall I can not find at all how to set weekend pricing.  When I click in calendar and then Pricing I can only edit the base price.  No option to ADD or EDIT weekend pricing>.  for the life of me I can not find the weekend pricing, to set in addition the base price for a gien date range.

Hello @Gary-And-Christine1

Are you struggling to edit dates for December and onwards maybe?  These dates are closed on your calendar when viewed in guest mode so if you extend your calendar dates further, let's say 9 months or 12 months, you should hopefully be able to edit your weekend prices once the dates are open.

For the months of June - Sept (See screenshot) my "weekend pricing" is showing up. realize that what shows in the screenshot is the price given 20% new listing discount.   But you can see the weekend pricing is an active "Custom pricing" option.    October, I had to update each day individually a I could not find a way to enter any "Weekend pricing" at all.

Also attached is a photo of what I am referring to as "weekend pricing".  There is no option to select different weekend rates by date, not sure why there is no ability to vary the weekend pricing setup by date.   This rate you see in the pic is what is applied to June- Sept weekends, but then it does not appear in any date after that.   It appears as I enter data moving forward I will have to edit weekend manually by day.

I did open up December as you said and it is the same as I have mentioned and shown above.

Hopefully this makes sense.

See attachments.

It is pretty easy to just enter a rate by selected days...  I guess the "custom weekend price" functionality is not that big of a deal.   But how this operates to me is still a mystery.

Weekend price can be set in the listing calendar.  in section "pricing" you can set the base price for the listing and the weekend price. (only when "smart pricing" is turned off). Pricing is for all dates.

If you want to set custom pricing for specific time periods or dates, you can do this directly in the calendar.

Or use a rule to increase/decrease price by a percentage and apply the rule to the desired dates.
