When I search the town where my listing is, lots of houses in the next town, but not my listing.
I just listed my first airBNB and am looking for feedback.
It has been about a week or so and I've already hosted 2 guests/families with 3 more booked in this month alone!
Please take a look and let me know if there are suggestions to improve the listing, as well as what you like about the listing.
Thanks!

Thanks for the great feedback! I love my little sayings all around the place, think it gives it a happy and comfy vibe.
I've since booked three guests/groups and all of them have rated me as a 5 with great comments!
Hi @Sharona770 , Welcome to the Community Center and Congratulations on starting out as a New Host!
Since it has been a while you posted, did you receive any potential guest inquiries in the meantime?
I was having a look at your listing photos, and I totally liked this board😝. I am sure many guest will find this amusing. Btw, you have a really neat and beautiful listing. I would say you have decorated it so well with little quirks of welcome, compass, relax and positive thoughts boards.
I truly find it adorable and seems like you have put in so much thought in decorating your listing! I am also reaching out to our lovely and super awesome members @Dawn241 @LaWanna0 and @Alicia753 if they could share some insights on your listing!

Woah! @Sharona770 This is so wholesome! Do they mention any specific thing or a part of your listing that they loved the most in their reviews?
They like that it is clean, cozy, adorable, charming, well-equipped, spacious, easy check-in, calming, good location.
So far so good!!
I love it @Sharona770 . It reminds me of Martha Stewart’s shabby chic style in the Hamptons and Nantucket.
you scored all 5s except location and value. While you can’t change the location, perhaps it needs a more accurate description. For example, our Bisbee house is in Warren, meaning it’s not walking distance to bars but it’s quieter for sleeping, walking distance to the park, farmers market, tennis courts, and a breakfast spot.
as for value, perhaps check to see how much your competitors are charging and perhaps do an introductory promotion.
Hi @Sharona770 .
I personally love you listing and it does in fact give positive vibes. I feel the location is accurate as well. I would not change a thing at this point. You are getting bookings which is a good thing, I find the more rural the booking don't happen as quickly until the word gets out.
The best of luck!
Hello @Sharona770 , I love it! It is cute and cozy. I think your pricing is fine for an introductory listing. I reviewed other properties in the area and it appears yours is priced on the low end. I would ask the guest what can you do to earn a 5 Star in value. As long as it is something other than lowering the price I might consider some suggestions. As far as location is concerned, I have that same issue with a listing. It is on a busy street but a 4.7 to 4.8 is great. I was curious about your first picture when I initially pulled up your listing, but it works, you are telling the story that you want to tell with the pictures. I think you might want to look at the TOS of reporting security cameras, I believe you should include the location and clarify whether it is 24/7 recording or motion (that is the only thing that I saw that might need clarification). Also, after you become a superhost and you are well on your way you might consider raising your rates based on what others are charging in the area. (That is why I would be curious to know why not a 5 Star for value.
Congratulations and keep up the great work.
