Hello everyone 😊,
I hope you’re having a great week!
Neighborhoods often have little surprises that guests remember long after their stay. It might be a bakery that’s been around for generations, a mural that tells a story, or a hidden path leading to a perfect sunrise view.
Sometimes it’s something small, a friendly cat that greets everyone or a neighbor who shares fresh fruit. These fun facts make a place memorable and help guests feel more connected during their visit.
What’s a fun fact about your neighborhood that your guests always love?
I’m looking forward to reading your thoughts!
Warm regards,
Elisa 🌻

@Elisa My home is an urban home that attracts families for a variety of reasons. It's a comfortable place to stay when coming to town for weddings, birthdays, and family reunions. It has all the little amenities that guests need when away from home - things they take for granted until they need them and they are not there.
My home is also minutes away from outdoor activities. The old parental saying, "go outside and play" is an immediate option. Guests can walk to a large city/soccer park and water park just minutes away. We are also located on the Littleton Trail which guests can take to downtown Littleton (a 10-15 minute walk). Downtown Littleton has breweries, spice shops, a tea shop, a chocolate shop, a wine bar, a bakery, and a general store, all locally owned. The South Platte River trail is about 1 mile away, which follows the river south to Aspen Grove Shopping Center, or by bike, the City of Denver is about 10 miles.
South of us, Roxborough Park and Chatfield Dam and Recreation Area are just 20 minutes away for a day of outdoor enjoyment. In the western direction, Red Rocks Ampitheater is about 20 minutes away for outdoor concerts. Over 15 urban/foothills trails with picnic areas are available in Jefferson County and maps can be found online. The light rail train station is located in downtown Littleton and can take guests into downtown Denver for sports events, i.e. Avalanche Hockey, Bronco football, and Rockies baseball. There is also a light rail stop at the Denver Convention Center, Buell Theater and the Denver Performing Arts District.
Just two blocks away, Romanos, a small Italian restaurant, has been a neighborhood staple. It is celebrating 58 years this year.
Guests all have their favorites. One group included in their morning walk a stop at the Starbucks just three blocks away.
Whatever guests choose as their favorite, all take home great stories of their adventures while here.

Hi @Blenda2 😊,
Thank you for sharing all this here!
Your listing definitely looks like an amazing place to stay. Where are you located?
I’m curious about the Italian restaurant, do you happen to know which part of Italy they’re from?

Rio di San Girolamo - Venice - Italy
Buongiorno @Elisa.
my home in Venice overlooks one of the most beautiful canals in Venice, called Rio di San Girolamo, which not only turns red at sunset, but is a favorite place for Venetians to have an aperitif or dine out, being dotted with many small restaurants and typical trattorias 😋 This is the thing guests appreciate most about my neighborhood!
Andrea
Ciao @Andrea6232 😊,
Thank you for sharing this picture, it’s beautiful!
Is this taken from your house or somewhere nearby?
Do you have a favorite restaurant in the area?

Buongiorno @Elisa
the picture is of the canal that my house overlooks 😍
There are many restaurants near my house, in fact my Fondamenta is known throughout Venice for its restaurants, these are my favorites:

have a nice day 😀
Ciao @Andrea6232 😊,
Thank you for sharing this!
What a great list of restaurants. 😍 Have you tried all of them?

For me it would be, that Shankar Bhawan, is just a 2-minute walk from the main road, but tucked away enough that you still get total peace and quiet. It’s like Rishikesh's version of having your cake and eating it too—close to the action (Ganga Aarti, cafes, markets), but hidden enough to catch a nap without the honking! 🙂
A. Bus stop? Barely a stroll.
B. Railway Station? Quick auto ride.
C. Airport? Smooth connectivity — no getting lost in lanes.
D. Triveni Ghat, Ganga Aarti & Main Market? You’re practically neighbors.
Hi @Paras45 😊,
Thank you for sharing all this information here!
A quick auto ride from the railway station sounds amazing 😍
How long does it usually take for your guests to get there?
Warm regards 🌻,
