Where to set up payment terms e.g., installment payments

As a host, I want to allow 2 installment payments. Where/how do I go to set that up? Thank you!!

You can not allow this as a host.

It is an option offered by Airbnb to guests ("payment plan"), under certain conditions as mentioned here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2143

BTW

"Long term stays" are automatically having a payment/payout in monthly installments
