Why doesnt my listing appear on map?

When I put in the city my listing is in, my listing doesn't show up.  Many listings in the next town over, but not mine.

I did a search in Kingsland, George for 8 guests and your listing did not appear on all 15 pages. When I zoomed in on the map, your listing did appear:

Search Rank Algorithm

The search rank algorithm is getting more and more "smart" and certain criteria play a big role in where you appear in a general search. Some things we know make a difference like price, flexible cancellation policy, instant book, professional photos, availability, listing completeness and popular amenities. It also looks for "popular" listings with recent stays with 5-star reviews and offers those listings that are most likely to get booked. The algorithm apparently thinks your listing is not a likely candidate based on those criteria and other criteria that Airbnb doesn't disclose.

Here are some things I noticed missing on your listing that I would update. It doesn't looked like you have changed anything on the listing for awhile?

Title - Number of Bedrooms

Your Title says you have 3 bedrooms, but the Where You Sleep Section shows all the beds in one room with icons instead of photos? You need to go to the photos of the bedrooms and add the sleeping arrangements for each bedroom (number/size of beds):

I would also add the Master has an en suite bathroom under privacy on the photo:

Amenities

Most guests in a listing this size want a washer/dryer. I'm assuming you have one but there are no photos of a washer/dryer and your amenities list says you don't have a washer/dryer? The algorithm may be passing you by as it knows that guests want a washer/dryer and your listing doesn't have that? In filters for Kingsland, one of the most wanted amenities is washer. This is indicated by the top row in guest filters when searching. If you have a washer/dryer, I would update that as soon as possible.

Photo Captions

Add captions to ALL photos. Don't just say the name of the space like "Kitchen". Say what guests can do and enjoy in the space, like "large, fully-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze!"

Exterior Cameras

Airbnb says you don't have security cameras? Most listings this size have exterior security cameras. If you have them, you need to update those in the amenties list and properly disclose those on the listing. If you dont have cameras, I strongly suggest you get them.
