World Cup Promotion

Hello, I am new to this and still learning a lot. I do have a question right now: there is a “new host” promotion here in KC for the world cup so I talked to support yesterday and they said I need to create a new listing with the promo link to be eligible. I already had my listing published but it wasn't eligible because I didn't do it through the promo link, so basically I created a duplicate new listing with the same information. Do I need to “unlist” the first one created? If I do that, can I still chat and do everything with the guests that have already reserved? Help please!

The "new host" promotion is a 10% discount offered on new listings. You can also offer 10% discount yourself. It resides (as any other promotion) in the promotion section of the listing and can also be turned of. If you unlist a listing, current and future reservations remain active. Some hosts use two identical listings to have opportunity to set different prices for the high/low season, each listing only have  calender opened for that season etc. .

If no special purpose for you, then delist the "old" listing to prevent double bookings.
