hello everybody , I am ahmed from Egypt i started hosting before 1 year later in the middle of this time i owned my first account to start hosting alone so if anyone have advise for me to make it at my listing for guests what they love or what the most important things they are looking for although if one of you plan to visit Egypt what the most important things you will choose the listing if they have it

In my experience, guests appreciate the simple things the most: a clean and well-maintained property, a comfortable place to stay, and a host who is flexible and accommodating. 

I also love adding those little personal touches that make guests feel more welcome. Sharing tips on where to eat, what to see, how to get around, and what they can do in the area can make their stay feel a little more special. Sometimes, it’s those small gestures that guests remember the most.

Of course, we can’t please everyone, and things don’t always go perfectly. But when we focus on providing a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay while being responsive and genuinely helpful, we’re already creating a great guest experience.

ofc clean & well maintained are very important but what i am saying there is many hosts in Egypt right now 90% are a big companies so they offered clean & maintained apartments so i think if the guests will choose a place from 10 places just from the listing so there's amenities maybe gives more value or decorations or a jacuzzi maybe a coffe machine
