How to get lots of interest in my Airbnb listing?

I can see you have set up multiple new listings in the last month @GreatStaysz0  are you a management company or do you own the properties ? 

Before listing what market research did you carry out around likely supply and demand for your properties ? 

in general marketing terms what you want is lots of bookings rather than lots of interest .

the best way to do this is to set up listings in areas of high demand locations , design your listings around the needs of guests you've identified as your target market and to market your listings through all relevant STR channels, third party marketing such as tourism sites and set yourself up to take direct bookings.

First go through your listings and review.  Your ad descriptiom and details just looking at your first listing are going to cause issues.  The title says studio, you are not offering a studio by definition.

Your description refers repeatedly to hotel.  A hotel is not a shared bathroom.  If a hotel how many rooms usually 2 to a room are sharing my bathroom?

Your photos if the actual space rented is a bedroom in a shared home, a Guest wants to see the private space, you only have a picture of bed pillows.

If the living room is the shared space to unwind with the tv at night.  How many people might be all using because if a hotel and 10 couples. there isn;t enough seats for everyone.  You also need 10 couples that are strangers to agree to 1 program to watch.

Dining is the restaurant.  Be sure to include if a charge because on Airbnb if you don't disclose you have assumed the expense. 

A selling point show pictures a private terrace with beach access.
