Took a quick look....

Shared Spaces & Parking

That patio area is what makes your place unique. Is any of it shared with you? You mention you are in the front unit? If any spaces are shared, you need to disclose that on the listing and in the Guest Safety Section/Property info. It does seem like the driveway is shared? You need a photo of the driveway parking so guests know what to expect and you should indicate the driveway is shared.

Cover Photo

If the patio is for the guests only (not shared) - I would definitely make the patio photo(s) the Cover Photo. I would however re-shoot it at twilight with all the lights inside and outside on (including string lights), have a fire going in the fire pit and the cover off the BBQ. Even if the space is shared it is really nice. I would also add to the caption on the photo it is a shared space if it is.

More Photos - Captions on Every Photo

You need more photos. You should have about 25 or so. Put captions on every photo. You can take a look at some top listings in your area to get an idea of what type of photos you need.

Listing Accuracy

Although your description says this is a studio, you subtitle says one bedroom. Suggest you remove the bedroom Room and add the queen bed to the living room (Room). Your subtitle will then correctly show "Studio. There is also a place to indicate shared spaces in each room on the photo tour if it is a shared space (patio)?

Your listing is active and can be booked.

It is also in the search system (see screenprint below)

You can use statistics pages ("Insights") to look at the amount of views.
