changing my listing

I am currently listed as a bed and breakfast. I will no longer going to be providing breakfast. I am planning on changing my model from a bed and breakfast to an Inn with 5 ensuite bedrooms, shared living spaces, indoor and out, and a shared kitchen for any meal preparation.  I don't know what category my listing should fall under. 

Suggestions PLEASE!
