Hello, sorry to ask this question again but i'm still unsure how to set up my new listing up. I have an active current listing for an entire chalet and would like to create a further listing to rent out the 4 bedrooms individually as B&B . Do I have to create 4 separate listings for all 4 bedrooms? Has anyone had any experience doing this and the pros and cons of it. Many thanks in advance for your responses, I appreciate the advice.

It is possible to create multiple listings for individual rooms and one listing for the entire Home and then link them. As per @Helen3 , I suggest you start by reviewing the Help Articles on this topic (and any other topic you have questions about). Just go to the Help Center:
Here is what I found on Multiple Listings:

Linking Calendars for Multiple Listings

You can also search the community for other posts about creating multiple listings and the pros and cons. The biggest issue that usually happens is when the listings are not synced correctly and a double booking occurs. I would NOT use instant book (at least initially) until you know for sure the syncing between listings is working.
Only Reservations Properly Block Other Listings
Be aware that if the calendars are synced correctly, only an actual reservation on one listing will block the other calendars. If you want to manually block nights (say for personal use), you must block ALL the calendars, not just one. This is intentional, as some Hosts will block the single room listings for weekends/holidays in hopes of getting the larger, entire home listing booked.
Accurate Listing Descriptions & Photos
You should be able to lock-off areas that are not used (bedrooms/bathrooms) on the smaller listing(s). Be sure you have an efficient "team" and system to keep track of what rooms should be locked/available for each booking. Be sure to make it clear on the smaller listings what bedrooms, bathrooms (and any other room) that will not be available when booking the smaller listing. Ensure your smaller listings only show photos of the bedrooms/bathrooms they will have access to. I usually suggest it also be mentioned in your message to guests after booking (many guests don't read the listing descriptions properly). Guest might assume they are booking the entire house, when they are only booking one room in the house.
Turn on Professional Tools and Use the Multicalendar
Turn on Pro Tools on your account and use the multicalendar to track your listings...it's much easier. The multicalendar cannot be seen on the App - only on a desktop/laptop computer.

Hello @Jessica4388
do use the airbnb help website it has lots of FAQs covering most issues.
you need to create a separate listing for each room and then link them to avoid duplicate bookings .

Hi @Jessica4388 😊,
Thank you for asking this question!
Were you able to create an additional listing with the help of our host?
Do you need any additional support with this?
Warm regards 🌻,

@Jessica4388 im curious. Sorry if I'm asking. What made you to decide to rent each room separately on Airbnb instead of renting out the entire chalet? What are the pros and cons?
