critique my listing

Hi all, would you please mind checking out my listing and provide any suggestions or feedback. I have made some additions to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms since I last took the pictures so before I take new pictures I just wanted to get some feedback. Thank you!

Hi @Puneet35  Thanks @Elisa

I highly recommend retaking your listing photos to better showcase your space. The cover photo is especially important it’s the first thing potential guests see, and it greatly influences whether they click on your listing. Since most guests browse on their mobile phones, it’s crucial to choose a striking, well-lit image that stands out even on a small screen.

When taking new photos, be sure to open all curtains to let in as much natural light as possible. The best time to photograph your space is during the day when sunlight is abundant, as this creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Always aim to highlight the space itself in each photo, step back to capture wide shots that show how rooms connect and how much space is available. This helps guests better visualize themselves staying there.

You’re already in a fantastic location, which is a huge advantage! I recommend highlighting this in your listing title to immediately catch the attention of potential guests. Since you’re only 13 minutes from both Disney and Universal Studios Florida, that should be your key selling point.

Optimize your title like

Family Stay 13 Mins to Disney & Universal”

“Stay Near the Magic: 13 Mins to Disney & Universal!”

Btw keep it under 50 characters for mobile visibility.

Best of luck and Happy Hosting!

Vert nice.

Mos people search using he app on their phone.  Your dark picture small screen doesn't highlight your lovely living room.

6 Guest living room seating 5 since probably a kid or two get some floor sitting pillows so you don't mess with your design beautiful

People with kids show the private backyard and seating to hang out.
