handing key

Hello, nice to meet you all, my name is Carman, I'm new here, my new condo Mcity is located in Missassauga, Ontario, may I ask what is the best way to transfer key to guest, I'm not sure yet if the main lobby needs fobs to get in, if so,  do I have to hand in the key to guests in person ? Or any other ways I can transfer the key remotely ? Thank you.

Really depends on your set up at the apartments and location  

you can use a key lock , electronic key system , key cafes , meet guests on check in 

have you checked they allow STRs @Carman6
