I have 10 room boutique stay property in mcleodganj dharamsala in himachal pradesh , i want to get regular booking from airbnb , kindly help me how to do promotion, and other information  ,i  request please assist me

I would suggest:

- Tell us a bit more in your listing.  Tell the potential guest about the hotel, the building and the room.

- Perhaps look at some of the other listings in your area and what they have done.

- Also since your city is so well known.. as the Dalai Lama also lives in Dharamsala - maybe offer your place to stay for those on a spiritual retreat.

✔️Make sure your photos are updated the first 5 photos need to be your "Highlight Reel" that draw guests In. Create an inviting atmosphere that stands out from other listings.

✔️Review the pricing of similar listings in your area and adjust yours accordingly based on demand, seasons and local events.

✔️Get as many 5 star reviews as possible. Each one will boost you in the Algorithm. Suggest to use the promo of 20% for first 3 guests. Offer weekly and monthly discounts.

✔️Use specific "Key Words" in your description and space. 

✔️Highlight your unique selling points, it could be a beautiful view, proximity to popular attractions, unique amenities or local recommendation.

✔️Ensure your profile is complete and includes information about yourself. A well crafted profile can help build trust with potential guests.

✔️Promote your listing on social media platforms, local community groups, travel forums. Just copy your unique Airbnb link and share.

These tips will pretty much help boosting your listing performance. Remember it takes time and effort.
