I am a host and have had issues with Air bnb pricing changing and then booking guests with lower pricing. I have called multiple times about that and how my Superhost was taken down after being one since 2014. I just have been getting passed around from representative to representative frustrated with no resolve then all of a sudden without warning air bnb blocked me and cancelled reservations. Guess they didn't want to deal with it. I have been reading the horror stories about this happening to many hosts. Also, lawsuits they are having or had. Luckily the guests are willing to book with me off the site still since they are aware too.Any suggestions or experience with this? It is all new to me and they can't seem to assist anyone anymore. Getting passed around by representatives and it taking a month is ridiculous with still no solving the issue. customer service hell. Oh I may get banned again. What other sites are people using besides Vrbo which I am on
as well?
Pricing issues are often the result of wrong settings by the host And/or hosts unaware of some details on Airbnb policies regarding Service costs, taxes, cancellations etc.. I detected frequently such issues when hosts complained about "wrong pricing" (as you can search in this community) and advised how to correct it themself. I also noticed Airbnb CS not always being able to provide the correct answer to a specific issue.
Unfortunately your listings are not active now and also you do not mention the details of you pricing issues, so i can not have a look.
Only Airbnb can undo the suspension of your listings.

I was told by representatives from air bnb at one point there were glitches in system and got an email from one stating I did nothing wrong on my end with pricing. Everything was set on my end properly. Apparently other people have had similar issues. It was showing a price then charging guests different prices. It was never fixed nor did I get anymore responses from air bnb. I imagine they didn’t want to deal and put a block on my listing. The guests ended up booking with me directly anyway since they were cancelled abruptly and on day of arrivals by air bnb. Not good buisness when you have guests cancelled without any mention of problem. They all said they will never use air bnb. It was at least 10 guests cancelled. No explanation .
