hot water

i've had two potental guests ask about hot water...  i don't see anything about hot water in my listing.  can you help?

Your listing says "hot water" not incuded

(I assume you forgot to add it to your amenities).

Same for "essentials" (your photos show essentials) ?

@Bethany317   Log into your account.  Choose your listing.  Go to the Listing Editor.  Scroll down to the Amenities section.  Click on the word Amenities.  Click on the plus sign.  Select All.  Review the alphabetical list and add everything that your property offers.   Click Done and then review what was saved.

Hot water is important to guests and expected. If you don't have it, you need to tell them in your property description. Some hosts don't offer hot water.

Make it clear that you have hot water.

I totally have Hot Water... So strange that all of a sudden the amenity was not listed... YIKES

yes.  I got someone on the phone and they helped me.  Thank you.  There must have been some kind of change because I have not updated those amenities on my own.
