Hi 

Do I need a permit/ approval from municipality or building accusation or other entity  to list my apartment on AirBnB in israel? (especially in Tel Aviv) are there areas or neighborhoods that Air bnb are not allowed?

האם להפיכת דירה להשכה באייר בי נ בי צריך רישיון מגורם כלשהו בארץ? האם יש שכונות/ בנינים מסויימים שבם אסורה השכרה ביירבי נ בי?

You would need to check with your local government in Tel Aviv to see if there are STR regulations @Iris890
