I've searched for your listing and you're right, it doesn't seem to be very visible when simply looking for Cape Coral, 6 guests. I've never seen so many similar pools in my life - there certainly seems to be a popular look for pools in the area! 😀 As a result, it's possible that I've missed yours when I looked through the pages, but I don't think it's showing up for the general Cape Coral search area.
A big reason is that you have many dates blocked (I assume booked) until the end of March, but even if I search April, visibility is an issue. If you want to experiment with improving your ranking, you can start by switching to flexible cancellation and search again for 6 guests in private mode (if you're serious about not having flexible cancellation you can change it back, but it will help you analyse your position). Also experiment with a low price for a specific date range and watch how it moves in searches for those dates. There seem to be both cheaper and more expensive listings coming up on the first page, but a low price tends to fix most issues with visibility.
If I were you and I specifically wanted to book the remaining nights until the end of March, I would simply run promotions for the bits that are still available in January, February and March. You probably don't need to actually lower your overall price to get booked for April now already, unless you're specifically trying to get booked far in advance. Hope it helps.
