looking for hosts in Sunrise, Florida area?

I own a home in West Sunrise, FL area, close to Sawgrass Mills Mall. I'm thinking of putting it up for Airbnb for a couple of years. I would like to know if my area is in high demand or is the rate of booking steady enough to sustain the business. Any input would be highly appreciated. thank you.

I think you'd get more of a response by joining a local group here - the Community Center is international so there's not always someone local to answer these kind of questions.

I live in sunrise as well and the amount of guest who inquire about saw grass Nall and bb&t center is what keeps my business. It is a very good area
