Do you mean that the listing is not immediately available in Airbnb searches @Nicole4341 ? It can take up to 72 hours to show in search results:

Hi @Nicole4341 

I checked your listing and it is bookable. Your March calendar is fully blocked, while April onwards  is open and available for reservations.

When searching for your own listing as a guest, make sure to enter dates in April and set at least the minimum stay requirement of 2 nights. If you search using March dates, or only 1 night, your listing will not appear because it doesn’t meet your availability and minimum night settings.
