You seam to start from scratch …

Here are some basic steps to start.

you need to;

put furniture in your home

search for insurance that do STR

think about the level of risk you are OK with

Decide the number of night min & max you want to offer 

find at least 2 cleaning person or company 

Analyse the average rate of similar listing around you on AirBNB or other renting platform.
