I would like to provide my wife’s phone number because I will be traveling the day when my guests are checking in and i want them to be able to contact someone if needed. What is the best way to do that because when I put it in the message to my guest, the number gets masked.

The safest and most Airbnb-compliant approach just add your wife as your co-host. It allows guest communication to continue seamlessly even when you’re unavailable.
