Hi

I am a new host and have set my listing price at £115-£125 per night.  However, when I go onto the map my listing is £137 which is much higher than other listings in my area!  Why is this?

The price showed on the map is including all costs (Cleaning fee, Airbnb Guest Service fee, local Taxes etc..)

(same for all listings)
