problems mapping properties to a site manager
Hi
I have been experiencing problems for over a week now mapping my Airbnb properties to my site manager - Little Hotelier. It says there is a difference in address even though they are the same on both sites. Do you have to verify your address before you can map it? Any help would be gratefully received!

Hi Laura,
This is a common sync issue with Little Hotelier — it often isn’t the address itself, but the way Airbnb formats it in the backend.
A few things usually fix it:
Make sure the street, city, ZIP and country match Airbnb exactly (even commas, abbreviations and spacing matter).
Airbnb might still show an “address difference” if the map pin hasn’t been confirmed. Try opening your listing → Location → move the pin slightly → save.
You don’t need full address verification to map, but the listing must have a validated location (Airbnb sometimes auto-detects corrections).
If it still fails, remove the address in Little Hotelier, re-enter it manually, then attempt mapping again.
This issue usually resolves as soon as Airbnb and LH have perfectly matching formatting.

Thank you so much! The problem has been ongoing for 11 days now and I have Airbnb to update the address but keep going round in circles!
I really appreciate your help and it's encouraging to know that it is possible! I will try your advice tomorrow!

I am going to try it! Whenever I spoken to Airbnb support, they don't seem to know what I mean about mapping it to Little Hotelier and are now saying I must have a bug on my account! So no, not sorted yet...
