@Melissa2463 Great job overall. Here is what I would suggest for all 3 of the listings:
1. Simplify your descriptions! They are way too wordy. When people click on an add, they want to see the highlights of the property and if it has what they need. They don't have time to read all that. They need highlights. I would be sure to add in your description what freeways you are close to, and what proximity you are to the closest airport.
2. The bedrooms are cold and have no appeal. People want it to feel homey, cozy. Pictures on the walls, color, rugs, chairs to put their things on, hooks to hang things on. Put some thought into what you would want to walk into. I love to buy little extra things to welcome my guests. I make a welcome sign with their name on it (on my cricut maker), and a basket of goodies, sometimes a vase with fresh flowers. Personalize your places, it goes a long way ! They want to feel very welcome, not feel like they are staying at a cold hotel. (feel free to check out my listing for ideas).
3. Some of the furniture is definitely outdated. The glass/brass table, the table acting as a coffee table with the little handle in one of them. Those tables have to go 😕 sorry ! I would just remove those tables, and if you replace them, put something inviting on the tables. Whether it be magazines, a plant, or something decorative. Make it more homey 🙂
4. The title of the property doesn't need to have the location in it. Just something descriptive. They can see the location in a different spot, and they are already searching that area.
5. The bedrooms need to have more white. If linens are white, they will know that they are clean. Less color on the bed, more neutral colors. People want clean & crisp !
The good positive things: The pictures taken are of good quality ! I also like how you added pictures of things that are around town, but maybe limit those to 1 or 2. You want the focus to be your place not the town.
Some good tweaking and you've got it 🙂
Good luck !
