Hi everyone,

 

I’m deciding between Airbnb’s Single Fee (15.5%) and Split Fee (3% host + guest fee) and would love to hear your experience.

 

My current pricing is:

 

- Weekdays: ₱1,999

- Weekends: ₱2,499

 

I’m in a competitive, budget–mid range market, so visibility and conversion really matter for me.

 

For those who have tried both:

 

- Did switching to Single Fee improve your booking rate?

- Did Split Fee reduce inquiries because of the higher total guest price?

- Which option gave you better monthly income overall, not just per booking?

 

Any insights, data, or real-world experience would really help me decide.
