However, the fallow season resulting from the lockdowns is an excellent time to make improvements to your property. And perhaps you have some friends who would like a change of scenery but aren't able to travel in the conventional sense - this would be a great time to invite them for a test-stay to give you feedback about how your place works from their perspective.
Until travel makes a full comeback, it's going to be an extremely competitive market in cities - so taking the time to make sure you have the best home and hospitality you can offer is well worth a few months of delayed gratification.
