suspended listing

Hi I have listed my Air bnb two days ago and this morning without any reason they have suspended my listing, I have received no email or no notification on my app, Can you please help me out in resolving this issue?

If you only created the listing about two days ago, there’s a chance it hasn’t actually been fully published yet. Sometimes listings go through a review or verification process before they become visible to guests. It might look like it’s “live” on your side, but still be pending approval in the system.

 

It’s worth double-checking your listing status, required verifications (ID, payment details, etc.), and any emails from Airbnb. Support can confirm whether it’s truly suspended or simply still in the publishing stage.

My listing status was approved earlier even i received two of the reservations, but after the two hours they have suspended my listing without any email or prior notification, if there is any documentation issue or double checking issue they could inform me so that i can adjust that but they didn’t give any prior notice to me, i have talked to customer representative she said she doesn’t know why listing is suspended and she needs to check with their specialised department for that, in this scenario I dont know what should i do? Because their system doesn’t show any reason of suspension

Two confirmed reservations inside the first 2 hours of a new listing sounds like a lot to me. Perhaps it was flagged for that reason, and Airbnb wants to review the bookings.
