Hello @Gerrit79

A lot has changed recently with the arrival of the Loi Le Meur (also called the anti- Airbnb law!) that came into effect early 2025.

Joan has given you a great link that will explain the new formalities that you will have to adhere to if you want to rent your primary home for a maximum of 90 days.  There has been a massive crackdown on the STR market in Paris and in other major towns.

If you haven't obtained a registration number, this might explain why you can't unblock your calendar.  We can't see an active listing under your profile.  What status is showing when you access it?

If you haven't already done so, you'll need to register your business activity to obtain a SIRET number on www.inpi.fr

You'll need to add your fiscal number for the property (NIF number) that appears on your tax declaration.

If you need to contact the French customer service, their number is 01 84 88 40 00

Best of luck
Joëlle

Hello @Gerrit79, Welcome to the Community Center! 😊

We’re glad to hear that you’re reopening your calendar. I’m tagging some of our experienced hosts here to see if they can shed some light on how to unblock your calendar for a limited period of time.@Joan2709 @Joelle43

I do not see a listing in your profile.

Probably you need to (re)list it first to be able to interact with the calender.

@Gerrit79

It may be your listing has been blocked or suspended as well by Airbnb due to the latest Paris STR regulations including the requirement to obtain a registration number and restrictions on the number of days you may rent out a primary residence. Could that possibly what is happening?
