unresolved review integrity issue

Hi AirbnbHelp, I have an unresolved review integrity issue involving a review from over 10 years ago on a listing that no longer exists. The review was written through an account belonging to someone who did not actually stay at the property. I’ve been advised the matter was escalated but have not received a resolution. Could someone please assist with a Review Integrity escalation?

@Natasha848 I would suggest that after 10 years it is probably time to let go of this issue and move on. What are you realistically hoping to achieve and why?
