Hello @Grace1415
This is a new listing that is run by a management company so you won't be dealing with a private host. The host in question has many listings under their management but if you go onto the one you're interested in, you see that although there are no reviews for this one, you can at least access reviews left for this host which might help you decide.
Before booking anywhere on Airbnb, you are able to use "message the host" which does not involve any pre-payment but does allow you to see how the host replies to you. It says that the host takes several days to reply which to be honest, as a host myself, is very slow indeed. Most of us aim to reply to potential guests within an hour.
Check out the cancellation policy for any listings you may be interested in too if you are booking this far in advance and if there is any chance for your plans to change.
Hope this helps!
Joëlle

I agree with @Joelle43 it's a property management company with multiple listings .
You can see their reviews from their other listings, (Click on the hosts profile).
Personally I look for a superhost or a guest favourite host with lots of five star reviews.
