videos for airbnb experiences

Hi, I was looking at a 28 second video here:

I read on one of your help pages that you recommend 10 second to 15 seconds for videos but that is far too small for our needs. We want to do at least a 30 second video like the one above. 

Can you please confirm any airbnb policies about videos? File size restrictions? File format restrictions? Time length restrictions?
