This is awful. I just had a guest cancel today on 3/15 when they’re check in is on 3/19 and I’m getting $0? WHAT THE HELL is going on? This is awful treatment of hosts! Your platform has already been geared towards buyer rights but this is appalling. I won’t be able to rebook these dates. What are you going to do for hosts during this time period? I was counting on that money for my mortgage, to pay my cleaning staff! What is Airbnb going to do for hosts? This is only going to get worse, and if you don’t respond monetarily with a package for hosts then there will be a mass exodus of your platform. SHAME ON YOU AIRBNB!
