@Katherine584 Yes, they are apparently sending that out to all guests, just varying the name of the place to whatever the host's is. It's quite unconscionable and whoever came up with that idea should be fired- they are blatantly lying and unnecessarily worrying guests.
@Stephanie Do you think you could possibly pass this on to the appropriate dept.? There's no need to send guests false information like that and it's creating unwarranted concern among guests and really upsetting hosts. It's one thing to tell guests they can cancel penalty-free due to advisories not to travel, but saying there have been coroavirus incidents in places where there have been none is really bad. The last thing anyone needs right now is false information.
