28 day renting or Monthly renting.

Good evening,

I have a holiday rental apartment in Calheta, Madeira.  I receive in the winter time the 28day or Monthly bookings for mostly guests that come and work in Madeira.  The apartment is for 4 persons but I have prices from 2 persons.  

I would like to know when I put in the monthly price on the monthly rates is it not just for two persons as my base price is for two persons?

Extra persons pay extra.

I have had that 2 persons come to stay and then about a week later extra people come and no one advises us of the extra persons.

What should I do so that this does not happen?

Monthly price is same as base price per night, but only it is set for the whole month. Additional guests fee will still be applied.

If guest bring more people then booked, then change the reservation ("change" option) to increase the amount of guests (and guest will be charged accordingly).

If reservation already started: the extra guests should leave (inform the booker) or charge the booker (via the resoltution centre) for the additional guests.
