3 service fee refunds in the last 12 months

Cancellation policy states: Note: Guests won’t get a refund of the Airbnb service fee if they’ve received 3 service fee refunds in the last 12 months.

I had a reservation cancelled by the host in which I received a full refund including the service fee.  Does that one count towards my "3 service fee refunds", or does Airbnb only count the service fee refunds that occurred when I cancelled a reservation?

@Sandra3969 I would assume anything not initiated my you does not count toward your three
